NEW YORK CITY – It may be a tradition in America to make New Years resolutions. But giving them up is also a tradition.
Ash, a Fox News reporter, said: “I don’t have any New Year resolutions.” At my age, I have made many resolutions and failed to keep them.
She continued, “I believe that if you live your life in the best way you can, in a happy, healthy, and kind manner, you won’t have to worry about anything else.”
A Forbes Health study found that the top three resolutions for 2024 were to improve fitness and financial health. Fox News reported that Americans have given up on some of these cliches: giving up the gym and ditching diets.
