ANYTHING ‘SHADY’ GOING ON: NBC News reporter Suspended for Pelosi History, Network Won’t Say Exactly why

The NBC News report tried to address lingering questions regarding the alleged home invasion which left Paul Pelosi with a broken skull. Almaguer quoted sources who claimed that the police did not know they were responding at the Pelosi residence. Pelosi opened the doors but did not attempt to flee or declare an emergency. He even walked away towards his attacker and law enforcement.

Almaguer ended his report by telling Craig Melvin, “Today” cohost, that “we still don’t know exactly what transpired between Mr. Pelosi & the suspect for the thirty minutes they were alone in that house before police arrived.” Officials investigating the matter won’t go into more detail about these new details.

Almaguer’s report was removed from all NBC News platforms later in the day, as the segment gained attention on Twitter. It was removed from social media and NBC News posted an editor’s note to its website stating that Almaguer’s report had been “removed from publication due to infractions of NBC News reporting standards.”

Fox News Digital was told by an insider at NBC News that Almaguer must have been the victim of something “shady”.
