“The grand jury was told to remain home today. One senior law enforcement official stated that they are available for tomorrow.
The official said that the D.A.’s office did not tell the court why it was delayed, but they just said, “I don’t want these people today, maybe tomorrow,”.”
A spokesperson for Alvin Bragg, Manhattan District Attorney, didn’t respond when we asked for comment.
Prosecutors allowed Robert Costello to testify Monday, indicating that the investigation was in its final stages.
