CA woman pleaded guilty for statutory rape on teen boys and was sentenced to 8 years imprisonment

A 35-year-old California woman pleaded guilty to statutory rape of teenage boys. The woman will serve eight years in prison for victimizing three minors.

Prosecutors Monday announced that a 35-year-old woman from Northern California pleaded guilty in the statutory rape case against teenage boys. She will spend nearly eight years in prison.

Jennifer Decarlo pleaded guilty to two counts each of lewd acts upon minors, two counts of statutory and one count of meeting for lewd purposes with minors, according to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office in a statement.

According to prosecutors, although Oakley residents were initially suspected of grooming one victim for sex in an incident, police later located two more minor victims.

Jennifer Decarlo (35), pleaded guilty one count of meeting a minor for sexual purposes, two counts each of lewd acts on a minor and two counts of statutory California rape.

“Further investigations resulted in evidence using social media demonstrating how Decarlo lured young boys into her home to commit lewd acts,” said the DA.

Decarlo was sentenced for 7 years and 8 month in state prison. She will have to register as a sex offender for life upon her release.
