Excerpts below from the Indictment:

The indictment says that TRUMP collected newspapers, press clippings and notes, photos, official documents and other materials, which he stored in boxes of cardboard in the White House, over the course his presidency. “Among the materials TRUMP kept in his boxes, there were hundreds of classified papers.”

The indictment says that “the classified documents TRUMP kept in his boxes contained information about defense and weapons capability of both the United States as well as foreign countries, United States nuclear programs, potential vulnerabilities of the United States to military attack and plans for possible revenge in response to an attack from a foreign country.” The indictment states that “unauthorized disclosure of classified documents could threaten the national security, foreign relations, safety of United States military personnel, human sources, and continued viability sensitive intelligence collection methods.”

“In July of 2021, during a meeting audio-recorded with a writer and publisher at Trump National Golf Club, Bedminster (The Bedminster Club), TRUMP presented and described an ‘attack plan’ which TRUMP claimed was prepared by the Department of Defense, and a senior official of the military. The indictment stated that TRUMP had told the individuals the plan was “highly confidential” and “secret”. TRUMP said that he could have declassified the plan as president, and now I cannot, but it is still secret. ‘”

Trump has been vocal on TRUTH social — blasting the Biden Administration and the DOJ for what he views as a blatant instance of a two-tiered system of justice.

Biden has moved his Boxes everywhere, from Chinatown to his Boston lawyer’s offices. Trump asked TRUTH, “Why isn’t Jack Smith looking into that?” “I also provided them without hesitation, and openly, with security tapes from Mar-a-Lago. I have nothing to hide and I don’t now. No one told me I couldn’t look at my personal documents that I brought from the White House. There’s no problem with that ….”

Trump added: “….Biden’s records were totally unprotected, and even stolen, for many years when he served as a Senator. This is insane! Matt Colangelo, Jack Smith, Lisa Monaco and the guy they sent to the D.A.’s office, Matt Smith. It’s not America anymore. The Presidential Records Act allows me to do this. The decision in the Clinton Socks Case is clear. “There was no crime except what the DOJ, FBI and others have been doing to me for years.”
