On Tuesday’s Mark Levin show, Mitch McConnell & Chuck Schumer celebrated the fact that they’re very close to passing a huge omnibus spending bill. Only a few people know what it contains since most senators have been excluded from the process. Each one of them wants to spend as much money as possible before the new Congress takes control. They do this without any input from any committees or from the people they represent. Next, Senator Mike Lee calls to discuss McConnell’s poor idea of making deals with Schumer for huge spending bills that were passed without any debate by the rest of Senate. Lee claims that only 2-3 Senate members and the House actually know the contents of the bill. In 1976, Ronald Reagan ran for office and was criticized for his intelligence and ability to act despite having a lot of knowledge. McConnell back then and the GOP establishment were against conservatives. They said Reagan couldn’t win because he was not a quality candidate. Of course, Reagan won and was reelected in a landslide. Reagan’s victory would have prevented the collapse of the Soviet Union, the recovery of the economy, and the election of future Republicans. It’s obvious that the January 6th Committee continues to operate because they have come up empty-handed every single time. Although they claim to have 500 pages worth of threats against our democracy, it is all circumstantial evidence that has been gathered together to tell their story to the media. There is no evidence that Trump had asked the crowd to overthrow the government or commit violence.
