According to state police, one motorist was killed and four others were severely injured in a collision that occurred on Sunday on Delaware’s Delaware Road.
According to a police press release, a Subaru carrying three people was traveling eastbound on a road near Lewes Saturday afternoon. It struck a Lexus with two drivers and entered the westbound lane at a sharp curve.

According to police, the rear passenger, a Lewes woman aged 73, died of her injuries after she was treated at an area hospital. In the meantime, her name was not released.

According to the release, four other people were also in the cars, including a woman aged 104 in Subaru. They were all sent to the hospital with injuries.
