This is so sad.
According to New York Post, Kathy Hochul,New York Governor, said she would start solving the Empire State’s problems “first thing next morning.” She made these comments during a campaign stop in Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
She said, “This city has returned and I want the state to go into the next four years with an optimism that we haven’t had in a long while.” Hochul, who is currently governor of the state since August 2021, promised that “that will start first thing tomorrow.”

After a scandal involving sexual harassment, the incumbent Democrat was forced to resign. Andrew Cuomo resigned after being asked by a reporter about the voters “dismayed” by the race between Lee Zeldin and her.
Hochul stated, “It will end tomorrow,” stating the obvious.
“When all the ads are removed, I will feel much better about this place — this really has an effect on people.”
Zeldin and his super PACs have targeted Hochul and launched a series of ads to promote his tough-on crime campaign platform and blamed Hochul for the decline in public security in the city.
Hochul had a 24-point lead in polling over Zeldin mid-August. However, last month the RealClearPolitics website changed its ranking for the race from “Leans Dem to “Toss up.”
Hochul’s GOP opponent was visiting Queens with supporters at a subway station this afternoon.
