Allen, a city in north Texas, was the scene of a murder-suicide Monday. Four people were found dead by police in an apparent murder.
A resident reported to police that they were locked out of their home for two hours and that no one was answering the door. The call came at 8:45 am. Officers found 4 dead when they entered the house.

The police said that the apparent murder/suicide was the cause of the deaths.
They did not release immediately the names of any dead or their ages, nor provided further details about what happened.
Allen is located about 25 miles to the north of Dallas.
