Marjorie Taylor Greene was a little-known member of the House of Representatives when she took office in January 2021. This was before Media Matters published a January 31 2021 story about a Facebook post that is no longer available.
Greene stated at the time that the post was pure speculation. It claimed that the devastating Northern California Camp Fire that occurred earlier in the month could have been caused a space-solar generator that failed to fire. This linked then California governor Jerry Brown and Rothschild Inc. vice chair Roger Kimmel, who sits PG&E’s board.
