HANNITY EXCLUSIVE Cohen Counsel Letter, 2018 HANNITY EXCLUSIVE!

A resurfaced highly classified letter from Stephen M.

Rediscovered highly classified correspondence from Stephen M. Ryan (counsel for Michael Cohen), to Jeff Jordan, Assistant General Counsel at The Complaints Examination & Legal Administration of the Federal Election Commission, reveals that ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen paid Stephanie Clifford (AKA Stormy Daniels) from his personal funds. “Neither the Trump Organization nor Trump campaign were parties.”

The letter was dated February 8, 2018.

Excerpts of the letter below :

In private transactions in 2016, Mr. Cohen used his personal funds to make a $130,000 payment to Ms. Stephanie Clifford. The Trump Organization and the Trump Campaign were not parties to the transaction with Stephanie Clifford. Neither of them reimbursed Mr. Cohen directly or indirectly for the payment.

Contrary to what is claimed in the complaint, Essential Consultants LLC and Mr. Cohen did not make any in-kind contributions for Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. or any other presidential campaign committee. Mr. Cohen was not a government employee in the time frame. The questionable payment does not amount to a campaign contribution, expenditure, and the FEC has no jurisdiction in this matter. The complainants cannot and will not present evidence to support this assertion. Accordingly,

should be dismissed.

What will Alvin Bragg, Manhattan DA, do about this newly discovered document? We will find out in the future.
