Louisiana Senator John Kennedy responded to President Joe Biden’s recent remarks on Thursday. Biden made remarks toward “MAGA Republicans,” who he claimed suggested policies that would “choose” to inflict “this kind of pain on American citizens.”
Kennedy stated, “I believe that President Biden’s the only person in Milky Way who believes our country is heading in the right direction.” Look at the facts: China’s economy shut down last year while ours grew at 1%. It grew at 3.3%. It has 13.5% cumulative inflation — this is what President Biden gave us in just two years.”
“I don’t mean any disrespect but, if that were my record, then I would hide mine in a bag.”
He said, “Americans understand that crime has gone up.” “They know that our institutions are not respected.” It’s more difficult than ever for Americans to succeed in this country, but it’s also easier to do nothing.
