The Supreme Court was attacked by Democrats and media on the Mark Levin show Tuesday. They are trying to destroy it because they don’t agree with the court. The Constitution created the Supreme Court, but Democrats in Congress want to destroy separation of powers by demanding that Clarence Thomas and other justices testify on ethics. In the past, both parties knew to leave the Supreme Court alone. But now the Democrat Party is destroying anything that stands in their way. People who want to pack the court and destroy it should not be lecturing on ethics. This is especially true for Democrats, who have spent years trying to undermine Donald Trump using a fake dossier while refusing to investigate President Biden. In the name of climate-change, Democrats also take more control of our lives via federal agencies such as the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Agency. The use regulations and not laws passed by Congress to ban things like affordable air conditioners. Here is the workhorse conservative talk radio. Also, the brains. Who would brag then? I’m not a bragger. Just kidding. Hold on. The Democrats and their media are launching a vicious, brutal, and vile attack on another institution. The Supreme Court is, of course. It’s okay to disagree with the decision of the Supreme Court, but it’s another thing entirely. It is one thing to support the convention of states and other such things, but quite another to try to destroy them. Supreme Court. Article 3. Article three. The Supreme Court is not created by Congress. The Constitution does. The framers created Congress in the same way they did. The Democrats insist on continuing to violate separation of powers. They insist on having Republican members, excuse me, constitutionalists, of the Supreme Court, from Justice Thomas to Justice Gorsuch, testify. They have no power to enforce the law. What will they do? Go to court. They’re supposed try to avoid such confrontations. Not the Democrats. At least for some judges and justices, this should be a warning that you must not allow anything to happen. The rogue unleashing rogue unleashing Congress and federal law enforcement agencies against Donald Trump. The same group is now trying to take you down. This is an intimidation attempt. This is an attempt to threaten. It’s been going on for a while. It was when. Schumer stood in front. He pointed to the Supreme Court, screaming loudly at the tops of his lungs. They were after. You might remember a couple of Supreme Court Justices. It’s pretty bad. He did. It is very important. Keep in mind that this is very important. The Supreme Court was created by the Constitution itself, as opposed to the lower branches. The Constitution. What’s the matter? They claim they are looking into unethical conduct. They continue to go after Clarence Thomas. ProPublica, or ProPublica on the West Coast’s radical left-wing operation, spent months researching Clarence Thomas’ background. Another media outlet spent many months researching Gorsuch’s past. No one has ever looked into the background of Ruth Bader Ginsburg or any other of these women. It’s amazing. This is what it is. What’s fascinating is. Previously, only the members of Congress from the two parties were allowed to vote. Understood. Understood. Keep the court to yourself. But no longer. The Democrat Party, excuse me, believes in burning things down. They will burn down things if they don’t get what they want. They want to destroy the Electoral College. They want to destroy the filibuster rules. They wanted to destroy the filibuster rule. Supreme Court, because they wanted to fill the court on more than one occasion. They want to destroy the voting system. They want to destroy the border. They want to destroy the currency. They want to destroy capitalism. They want to destroy energy independence. They are now working with radical leftists to bring the case back before the courts. In the media. I remember when we were repeatedly told not to attack the court. The same media goons are attacking it on a regular base. Democrat hacks. Really? As before. As before. Clarence Thomas’ finances aren’t important to them. How do I know this? They don’t even care about Joe Bidens finances. They don’t give a damn about the Biden criminal family. Never once do they ask any questions about it. He’s still president of the United States. When it came to Trump, they were worried about foreign interference. They expect the same thing when Biden is involved, and they aren’t concerned. They don’t care. What’s the deal? You should hear what kind of vicious, poisonous attacks were made today against the court and the originalist justices. You folks, whether you are brown, black or yellow – or whatever you call yourself – I want to remind you of something. These black and brown, as well as white, liberal Democrats. They don’t care much about you. If you don’t follow their radical leftist agenda, you will be destroyed. They will certainly try. They’ll destroy you in the press. They will destroy your reputation in Congress. There isn’t a black host on MSNBC. Clarence Thomas needs your help. There isn’t one. CNN has no black hosts. Clarence Thomas needs your help. Not one. Not one. This is fascinating because they are talking about ethics rules that apply to the Supreme Court. It was the same Congress that voted to increase their salary by $34,000, which they called reimbursements. You were not aware that this was the same Congress. They were cutting deals about sexual harassment, using your tax money to pay the accusers off and signing non-disclosure contracts. Then we learned about it. They did it behind you back. It’s the same Congress who uses your tax money for junkets. The same Congress who refuses to take Social Security. They have their own pension plan. They are the same Congress who refuses to participate in our health care system. The same Congress who exempted themselves from the Freedom of Information Act has their own health plan. They don’t want to let you know what they are doing. They don’t wish you to be aware of what they are doing. First, I’d like you to listen to Chris Murphy from Connecticut. Chris Murphy is an idiot. He’s an absolute sleazeball. He had a Connecticut. He was not even present at today’s hearing, but he held a press conference. Listen to what he says about the justices of the court. In spite of writing an entire book criticizing court, I never accused the justices of anything like what this slimeball claims. Cuddle up and head right. Supreme Court justices, their families and friends are essentially paid by the interests of individuals and groups who have cases in front of the court. Right. This is the most obvious and brazen conflict of interests you could imagine. Let’s stop. In America, there’s probably no judge at any level. There’s no judge in America at any level. Since the Supreme Court’s cases are so large and broad, it is impossible to not have at least an indirect connection with someone. Like members of Congress. Like members of Congress. How many times are they trading stock before a vote is taken? Do you remember Chris Murphy complaining and whining about Nancy Pelosi’s big dumb husband at the microphone? No. That’s a given. Joe Biden, of course. Who is bought and paid by the Communist Chinese? He is the Manchurian president. Nothing. Go ahead. The Supreme Court Justices are not receiving money from individuals and companies who appear in court and send money privately and quietly into Supreme’s pockets. In the case of Clarence Thomas, it’s about people who buy land and have a long-term relationship. I’m putting some money in his pockets. Was it a quid pro quo? There is no causal link. No causal link exists between any decision and the ruling. None. In fact, we probably discussed this topic last week. They examined 20 cases which might have been connected to these people or their businesses. Clarence Thomas was one of the cases they looked at. Twelve to eight He voted 12 times or ruled 8 times in a positive way. Wow. Wow. Meanwhile. These scumbags in Congress. They have legalized corruption. They have legalized corruption for themselves. The last spending bill contains more pork. More pork than ever before in modern history. Vote me. I’ll get you a park. Give me a donation. I will change the tax laws. These are the sleazeballs. The Chris Murphy tapes. Go ahead, justices. It’s amazing to me that we cannot all agree on this. When the Democrats. Can’t we agree to destroy Donald Trump together? Can’t we agree to destroy Clarence Thomas, Gorsuch and Donald Trump? Can’t we agree on abortion? Can’t we agree on the open border? Can’t we all come together to blow up the budget further? It’s common sense. Could we not meet to discuss this? Go ahead. Right. Washington, D.C. is not all left or right. Oh, okay. Yeah, right, Right. For me, the issue is not left or right. It’s the U radical Marxist bastards against constitutionalists. It’s not left versus rights. It’s good against evil. You are evil, and we are good. Go ahead. There has to be controversy. Okay. Let’s get started. I asked Mr. Producer to collect a few of these clips for this Supreme Court hearing, because this is important. We want to give ourselves enough time, because we only have a few minutes left. You will hear from Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, John Kennedy and Lindsey Graham. You’ll also hear from Dick Blumenthal and Dick Durbin. Chris Murphy, I’m sorry. You already heard. We can only tolerate so much from these phonies, frauds and fools. As you’ll hear, the truth is that they are really using this opportunity to destroy the Supreme Court. Now, they have a variety of motives, but the Democrat Party is nothing more than contemptuous towards our system, the country, capitalism and you. This is a party. It amazes me that the media says the Democrats will say to you, the people will want you to concentrate on what is important. How many times did you hear that the people wanted you to focus on what was important? Gasoline. They’ve now exploded, as you can imagine. They are the ruiners of our country, its economy and its national security. They say people want to be focused on this. Right. Apparently, the people would like us to concentrate on Supreme Court Justices. Oh no, we cannot impeach the caucus. The people do not want us to concentrate on Nancy Mace and other idiots. Ted Cruz is the first to be mentioned at today’s hearing. Six to go. Senate Democrats, and the media that supports them, are involved in a double-edged political campaign. First, they want to delegitimize the Supreme Court of the United States because they’re angry about the fact that there is a majority of constitutionists on the Court. This is, secondly, a political campaign to discredit Justice Clarence Thomas. It’s simple: The left hates Clarence Thomas. They don’t hate him because he is a conservative. Clarence Thomas is an African-American conservative who is hated by the left. Clarence Thomas’ confirmation hearing remarks are below. He said: If you’re a free-thinking African-American, quote you will be lynched and destroyed by a Senate committee. In the last three decades, this hasn’t really changed. It’s gotten worse. To be clear, this is the view of the left. Just three weeks ago, I pointed to an article. Clarence Thomas must be destroyed by the Democrats. He’ll never be impeached. What’s the point? Make him the metaphor for everything insidious that the extreme right has done to our country. That’s sick. I have told you about the Stalinist tactics these bastards employ. They use it against Trump. Bork was the target. Clarence Thomas was also subjected to it. It’s become more and more prevalent, and it has gotten worse. They have their Stalinist prosecutors in all parts of the country, be it Manhattan, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., or Washington, D.C., pursuing Trump, his staff, his lawyers, Clarence Thomas, and Gorsuch. What did they do to Brett Kavanaugh? Look at what they are trying to do with other justice. It’s incredible. They will ruin you if you do not play their game. This is the plan. The last 31-and-a-half years have been part of an ongoing, hateful campaign to discredit a man who is honest and a principled judge. You see, the left cannot tolerate, they can’t accept that one of America’s greatest success stories is that of an African-American conservative who rose out of poverty in the segregated South and became not only one the Supreme Court Supreme Court Supreme Court longest serving justices but also one the most influential jurists this country has ever seen. Justice Thomas is being attacked by those who believe he cannot think for himself. So his wife, and his white friends have to tell him what he should think. The truth is that the left disagrees with both his decisions and the decisions made by our current Supreme Court. They can’t convince the American public to adopt radical policies by enacting legislation. They’re trying to undermine the credibility of the court and intimidate Republican-appointed justices and their family members. You’re letting it be known, starting with Justice Thomas that those who disagree will pay for their actions. The radical left will do everything they can to make sure that this price is high. All of this is a brutal extortion. You have a nice Supreme Court. It would be a tragedy if anything happened to America. You are witnessing Stalinism right in front of your eyes. You are watching Pravda Media, which is a propaganda tool. And of course, Senator John Kerry, the defense senator, at today’s hearing, cut seven. This Democratic proposal is not only unconstitutional but also unnecessary. The attacks against conservative justices don’t seem to be targeted. They’re exaggerated. Alarmism has been affected. The danger does not come from rogue judges acting without ethics. The Democrats find it intolerable if they don’t win every battle. I have been disappointed with Supreme Court opinions. My Democratic colleagues shouldn’t feel hurt. Report it and move on. Please, for the Constitution. Promise, Senator. They don’t believe in the Constitution. They don’t like it. Lindsey Graham Cut eight. Go. It is a sly attempt by the Democratic Left to undermine the legitimacy of Roberts Court. People are at risk. Their personal safety is at risk. If you’d like to discuss making the court an even better institution, then I would be happy to help. You can count me out if you want to discuss destroying the court and conflicts of interest. Justice Kagan is a wonderful person. She was dean of Harvard Law School. She raised half a billion for the law faculty when she was its dean. It’s her job. She has been raising money for Harvard Law School since she left. A case is pending in court involving Harvard. She has not yet recused herself. I don’t say she should. I’m only saying that there is a selective outrage in this case. From this side, we will push back as hard we can to tell the American public the truth. It’s not about improving the court. It is not about improving the court. This will not work. Right on. Just to be honest, Little Dick Durbin is the chairman of the committee because the real chairperson has dementia and cannot attend the meeting. Dianne Frank and Feinstein. Dick Durbin is not much better. He’s an absolute sleazeball. What he said. Now cut and move on to the most objective people. This is not a normal business practice, and it should not be the standard for us who work in public service. We would not tolerate such behavior from a member of the city council or a business owner. No, no, no. You jackass, but you tolerate this from your own President. You had the Judiciary Committee. Why don’t call hearings? Why don’t you call hearings? Why don’t call for hearings to be held into. The activities of the vice president at that time and his son. Now he has sold his office at a profit. Why don’t demand the Attorney General testify to explain why he didn’t appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Biden’s connections with Communist Chinese and the sale of his office while he was Vice President? Why don’t do you? Durbin, you wouldn’t accept it from a member of the council. This jerk comes out of Chicago, or somewhere around there. He’s taken quite a bit, I think. I don’t mean graft. What I am saying, ladies and gentleman, is that they sit and pound their chests every time there’s a Republican President. They sit and pound their chests whenever a Republican president, Supreme Court justice or attorney is in the room. They want us all to think that they are just doing their due diligence because they believe in ethics. But they are lying thugs, who hate the Constitution. Go ahead. This is not up to the standards of ethical behavior we expect from any American public servant. The Supreme Court will not even admit that there is a problem. It’s the chief justice who is at fault. Just curious. They can’t say that there is a causal link between a decision and X. A relationship. They cannot even prove it. They cannot even explain it. What is the problem? He took it. They claim he sold property to a billionaire with court cases, and act as if the billionaire was personally involved in the case. He’s a millionaire. So he has a lot of cash. Bernie Sanders would have you hanged from a pole at his feet, and you’d not get a penny. Marxists are known to do this sort of thing. What is the exact violation? There are none. There isn’t one. They try to create the idea. This is something unethical. Not. They are the people involved in budget and legislative matters who spend endlessly and have all sorts of connections. Also, special interests, donors and lobbyists. Oh. They are very, very worried. ProPublica is out there. They’re probably in San Francisco. They won’t ever do an anal examination on little Dick Durbin. Perhaps I jumbled up too many words there, Mr. Producer. You get the point. Go. Ed said it. While the rest of federal judiciary, executive and legislative branch have codes of behavior designed to prevent the appearance of such a code. Moran. The executive branch is. The executive branch has a code of conduct. At the drop of a dime, Donald Trump was being investigated by both federal and state authorities. Joe Biden was there with a laptop full of evidence.
