He said, “I didn’t say that.” Let me show you how much the Democrat judges, Democrat prosecutors and Democrat prosecutors want to undermine Trump. They want to derail. He has scheduled the trial for March 25, next year. This is right in the middle the presidential primaries. You know who filed that case? America. Jack the Ripper, Smith Former. Bob McDonnell, the Republican Governor of Virginia, was overturned in a unanimous decision by the United States Supreme Court. He brought a case against John Edwards, in North Carolina. He also tried to stretch out the definitions of laws, etc. In that case, the jury. Found. The defendant was found not guilty. On all counts, the jury was deadlocked. The case was so pitiful, that the Justice Department decided to not re-bring it. Here’s what he knew. Here’s what He knows. Donald Trump now has more reasons than anyone else to run for President, except perhaps Biden. There is no good attorney general. I believe the Bidens would be like the Lagardes of politics. Biden is much worse than the Gottis when it comes down to financial activities. Gotti wasn’t President Biden. He’s been bought and paid by communist Chinese. It seems to me that the rest of us are a much bigger deal. That said. Now, that’s what I said. Trump has more reasons. To run, and not to get out. In a federal case. As any president can, he has the right to pardon himself. You’ll hear other pseudo intellectuals and pseudo professors as well as jackasses say this is not true. They should put their politics aside and examine the Constitution. Ilya SHAPIRO is a libertarian professor of law, or by all accounts was highly reputable. He’s not a Trump fan. Here’s the question. As the Trump Presidency draws to a conclusion at the end of a couple years ago. The question that was raised periodically during his presidency has now been re-surfaced. Can the President of the United States pardon themselves in their new book After Trump, Reconstructing the presidency? Jack Goldsmith is the head of the Office of Legal Counsel at the Justice Department, which was the legal conscience of the executive branch under George W Bush, and Bob Bauer is the White House Counsel. Under President Barack Obama, he acknowledged that certain pardons were possible. However, he suggested, among other reforms that Congress make it clear that self-pardons are not allowed and can’t be used as a basis for immunity against federal criminal investigations. They’re both wrong. Mike Luttig is a highly respected former fourth Circuit Judge, remember Mike, and only had him under George H.W. Bush argued recently against the possibility of self-pardoning in light of constitutional structure. Luttig, of course, has no clue what he is talking about. Both are wrong. The president has absolute pardoning power. Federally, there are no restrictions. There is no limitation in the federal. You’re absolutely right. How can I be sure? The Constitution does not limit the rights of citizens. The Constitution contains no limitations. The only thing that is stated in Article 2, Section 2 is that the president has the power to pardon and grant reprieves for crimes against the United States except when impeachment occurs. Unquote. It says nothing more. It does not say that he cannot pardon himself, or anything else of the sort. What’s the point? Goldsmith, Bauer and Luttig spend no doubt hours and hours using a very sharp pen. Sitting in the basements of their homes in their. In their boxer briefs. We’ve got to work out this whole thing. Like this clown, a large tribe. Claim that the 14th Amendment somehow empowers United States to destroy House of Representatives. No limitation exists. As SHAPIRO explains, the discretionary powers are deliberately broad to check fundamental injustices when laws fail and presidents need to use them more frequently. This also helps to heal the nation after political crises. George Washington used his pardoning power after the Whiskey Rebellion. Abraham Lincoln, after the Civil War. Jimmy Carter for draft dodgers after Vietnam. Michael McConnell, former federal judge and Stanford law professor Michael McConnell explained that, two days before the Constitutional Convention approved Constitution, there was a move made to limit the pardoning power, because, quote, “the president himself could be guilty”, unquote. Failed. The project failed despite the support of Mr. Constitution. James Madison. James Wilson. James Wilson, who would later become a member on the first Supreme Court was originally from Pennsylvania and was a delegate at the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia. He argued that if the president is guilty of the crime, then he could be impeached. He can also be removed. That’s all. It’s the only power. The framers explicitly contemplated using the pardon in order to clear the president of a criminal conspiracy. They needed to debate this issue because, unlike the British monarch from whom they just declared their independence, the American President would be subjected to legal proceedings. They believed that impeachment was a sufficient way to check potential abuses. They were clever because. Imagine. In this country, we have over a thousand attorneys. The thousand. The thousand. About. About. Chief prosecutors. Prosecutors. We have 93 United States Attorneys in this case, all appointed by the Democrats, who are the opposition. The Senate has approved it. They could still approve it, even if all Republicans said no. You can imagine what a president might be exposed to. The potential for criminalization is a real possibility, especially by a Democrat Party. You should think about why the framers of our Constitution were so brilliant, and why there are people in high positions and other positions that pretend to be intelligent and try to compensate for their lack wisdom. For the wisdom of the framers. It doesn’t matter if it’s about the budget deficit, or the pardon clause. The President should be allowed to partner with himself. This has never happened. We’ve never seen anything as bad as we have today in terms of the attacks against this president. Absolute unprecedented. You know, my friend, who is a Trump fan, or at least claims that he is, said to me, “You’re going to have to face one federal prosecutor and then another, then one state prosecutor or local prosecutor.” He said that Trump was the one who brought it on himself. It’s a sort of bill that would negate any McCarthy argument. He is responsible for these events. He conducts himself in a certain way. He was the subject of criminal investigations. Really? Really? Pratt’s civil lawsuits hunt him to. Tax investigations. This is absurd. I was disappointed. John Kennedy has never had to deal with anything like this. Lyndon Johnson. Joe Biden. It’s funny when Joe Biden or his like use the phrase extreme MAGA Republicans. The phrase is no longer used because it works for focus groups. Extreme MAGA Republican. What is MAGA? Make America Great Again. Joe Biden basically says that if you want to make America great again you are an extremist. This is not surprising, considering the Marxist Democrats’ positions and their destruction of the country and its enterprises. This has made the country great. Sanaa: You are an extremist, if you want to make America great again. They don’t have faith in America. They don’t think America was ever great. Who said it? How can America be great again? It was never great. One of the Democrat politicians has said it. I remember. Bernie Sanders is in agreement. It is a belief held by the vast majority of Democrats in Congress. Joe Biden, despite the fact that it was Cuomo, believes it. Andrew Cuomo. Andrew Cuomo. ABC Pain America has never been great. Wow. Excuse me. Excuse me. Wow. Was never so great. You don’t know? America. So extreme MAGA Republicans. They admit that you are an extremist, if you think America can be great again. What Republicans believe. Now. What do the Democrats believe in? Making America great again? No, of course not. They hate the country. But I’m not talking about you, the rank-and-file Democrats. I’m still confused as to why you are still a Democrat. Officialdom. All of them: representatives, appointees and power brokers, as well as media fear. They don’t think America is great. This is why they promote critical race theories. They want to destroy nuclear families. They want the borders to be opened wide. They think the rest of the globe is better than us. They hate capitalism because of this. They push equity. It’s all about equality. That’s why they are, have been, and will always be on public dole. Make America great once again. You must be an extreme. No, no. I am not an extremist. They don’t even know. You must be. You believe in MAGA. Everyone with the terms. We’re all national conservatives now. Excuse me. Asha. You know, I’m constitutionally conservative with a very specific meaning. No, no, no, no. You don’t understand. We must put America first. Do all conservatives agree? Not RINOs. Neo-conservatives were also neo-conservatives. That’s the point. Look, he is a failed president. He is a failed President in action. They love that he has pushed the country hard to the left. They don’t mind if interest rates are high, as long as the borders remain open. Now, other countries are moving away from the US dollar and towards the communist Chinese currency. They don’t give a damn. How about, by the way? Mr. Reiger stumbles through his third round of dismissing employees. It doesn’t matter to me, as long as the employees are right. Oops. There’s always someone who is woke. It’s a shame. But the Democrat Party. It’s amazing. It’s amazing. They hate their country and let it be known, but on the other hand they pretend to defend the country in the name of democracy. Really? Oh, yes. Is this why Biden behaves like a dictator now? Oh, you don’t understand. They talk like Marxists. Many people, including those who claim to not be Marxists, do. Even some neocons. It is not neocon, as some claim. If I had found it, I would have said it was a fantastic piece. Alan Dershowitz wrote a piece in the Wall Street Journal a few days ago. Alan Dershowitz is not given the credit that he deserves. I know that a lot people are attacking. Oh, what a fool he is. Sky has come along way. America has changed a lot since I first met him forty years ago. He’s more conservatism than Mitt Romney. It’s from The Wall Street Journal. Elon Musk has it right when he talks about George Soros. He’s also not anti-Semitic. Dershowitz claims that the Hungarian-born billionaire has done much more than anyone else to turn Americans against Israel. It’s also interesting to note that George Soros is the person who has funded more than anyone else, both the Democrat Party as well as its various affiliates. Marxist. Outposts. He has. In my opinion, he’s destroyed our cities in a huge way. Elon Musk wrote Dershowitz was accused of antisemitism for his criticism and mockery against George Soros. Mr. Soros has Jewish roots. Mr. Musk, however, is not. But Mr. Musk is falsely accused. Mr. Soros is a political activist, and his Jewishness should not shield him from criticism. No one person has caused more harm. Israel’s reputation in the world and especially among progressives. George Soros. The financial support of George Soros is multiplied. Two major organizations have had the greatest influence on the left-wing anti-Israel paradigm. Human Rights Watch was founded in 1923 by Robert Bernstein who was a human rights activist and publisher. Bernstein lived from 1923 until 2019. Human Rights Watch has been criticizing the denial by countries of human rights for years based on the severity of violations and the inability to protest or remedy violations. In 1993, Kenneth Roth took over as executive director of Human Rights Watch and transformed it into a group that was devoted to demonizing Israel. Roth is Jewish. So is Roth. In 2009, Israel’s persecution had reached such a level that Bernstein wrote: As founder of Human Rights Watch and its active chairman for twenty years, I am now founding chairman Emeritus. I have to do something I never expected. I must publicly join critics of the group. This guy founded Human Rights Watch. It’s old age at this point and he begins to trash it, saying that it has been transformed into a monster. Human Rights Watch’s original mission was to open closed societies, promote basic freedoms, and support dissenters. Recent reports about the Israeli-Arab Conflict have helped those who want to make Israel a pariah nation. This is what he said about his group. Human rights are used by Mr. Roth as a weapon to attack Israel’s organisations. The U.N., and its various divisions, used one-sided reports to condemn Israel selectively. These reports were distributed on university campuses around the world. In spite of their anti-Israel bias and obvious, many supporters cited Mr. Ross’ Jewish heritage as a way to give credibility to his anti Israel accusations. These people are self-hating Jews. You can call them that too. No. You can find them among all races and walks of life. This is an organization that was created with the good will of the free-world to combat violations of human rights. It has now become a weapon in the hands dictatorial governments to fight against democracy. Natan Sharansky is a former Soviet dissident, and Israeli Knesset memory 2009. He said it was time to be honest. This organization’s real activities are far different from the original purpose for which it was founded 30 years ago. Bring light to dark places, where there is no other way of finding out what’s going on in terms of human rights. The New York Times reported that Mr. Soros had said in 2010 he would give Human Rights Watch $100 million. This was the largest donation ever. In the paper, Mr. Soros was quoted as saying, “Every Wednesday morning, at 8am, a group of Human Rights Watch employees met to discuss issues with managers.” I was a member of that group and human rights remain an important part of the current activities of my foundation. J Street is the other organization. It is not a progressive pro-Israel or pro-Palestinian group, despite its claims. J Street has made a lot of progress. The majority of progressives, liberal Democrats and even some members of Congress as well as media figures and academics are against Israel. Haaretz, a newspaper in Israel, reported last year that Mr. Soros had donated $1 million to J Street Super PAC. This was 20 times more than any other donation. J Street Action Fund received. Soros says, “I’m not alone among Jewish Americans who criticize.” Alan Dershowitz, in an article published by the Jewish News Service on January 1, 2009. Farley Weiss wrote that Soros’s supporters try to silence criticism of him by claiming the criticism is anti-Semitic, because Soros is Jewish. No one, however, has funded more destructive attacks against Israel within the American Jewish Community than Soros. Mr. Soros also had. Has had an adverse influence on domestic American issues, including funding leftist district attorneys who have politicized the law enforcement. Dershowitz says that, unlike Musk, I did not compare Mr. Souris with Magneto, the marvel super villain, who like Mr. Soros survived the Holocaust. By the way, I would not make this comparison as I have never heard of Magneto. I had never heard of Magneto either. I do agree with Mr. Musk, however, that the actions of Mr. Soros contribute to, in my opinion, quote, the fabric of civilisation, unquote. Musk has also shown no animosity toward Israel or Jews. He said that some right-wing anti-Semites are focusing on Mr. Soros, and spreading anti-Semitic conspiracies about Jews controlling the World. The critics of Mr. Soros must join his supporters in condemning. This misuse of Jewish heritage. This misuse should not deter the legitimate criticisms of Mr. Soros’s malign influence on the world. Irrespective if he is Jewish or not, he has had a terrible influence on this nation. Has Soros. Why did I go through this with you? Mr. Soros supports Joe Biden as president. Mr. Soros, a major funder of the Democrat Party. Mr. Soros’s influence is enormous, and he has bought it with his billions. On the left. Bernie Sanders is the type of Jew George Soros was. Chuck Schumer, I would argue, is the same. George Soros. Hastens of billions are worth hates America and Israel. If you ask any questions about George Soros you will be attacked by the Democrat Party, the Democrat Party, and the Democrats as an antisemite. So I ask tonight what will never happen. Joe Biden will condemn George Soros. Will Joe Biden condemn George Soros? No. Schumer, anyone? No. What about Pelosi, then? No. What about a Jewish Democrat? No. No more than any other black Democrat in Congress, other than Republicans, will condemn Louis Farrakhan. No. Extreme MAGA Republicans in America, coming from the mouth of Joe Biden. Joe Biden was a racist and segregationist at his beginning of his career. He pretended to become a civil rights advocate. He is such a damned liar. The NAACP’s chairman and CEO lives in Florida. Do you know this, Mr. Producer? Yeah. He doesn’t reside in Chicago. Derek Hunter wrote a wonderful piece for town hall. Yes, Democrats stay out of Florida. Democrats appear to be under the illusion that we all want to spend time with Democrats. They’ll be lost without nagging, or even just their smell. There are times when Karen is not screaming at you to wear a mask in the park, or to use whatever pronouns she uses. Their child decided that on this day they didn’t miss them. It’s better to live without them. When you see groups like the Alphabet Mafia or the ACP. Or the LGBTQ community. Telling fellow lefties to get out of someplace. I think it’s great. Stay the hell away. I don’t really care. I don’t care where. What does it matter that I am not moving or vacationing with you? You’re probably not invested emotionally or in any other way with my family’s recent trip. Trip to the beach because I did not receive a phone or check and I am equally uninterested in other people’s actions. My gay groups and NAACP have issued travel warnings against going to Florida. This made me even more eager to visit. CCP has been around for 114 years. The CCP did some incredible and important work during that period, but it is now long past. The Democrat Party was defeated, and then they became the Democrat Party. They did this by embracing segregation in a distorted form of tolerance. The same reason drove them to do so.
