During his speech at the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Egypt (COP27), President Biden tried to read a quote, but he failed so badly that he apologized. Joe apologized.
Biden was referring to what sounds like “turbo-charging clean energie.”
“Help turbocharge emer–the, the–excuse moi–turbocharge emerging global clean energy economy. I was just reading their quote. Sorry.”

Biden also stressed that it was important to “double down” on climate commitments, even though Americans are still experiencing pain at the pump. Gas prices currently hover around $3.75 per gallon.
