New York City woman raped and handcuffed on bus by police.

Staten Island man Isaac Alexander faces kidnapping, rape and assault charges after allegedly forcing a woman onto a bus and abusing her when she was in handcuffs and leg shackles.

Police say that a New York City man has been accused of beating, abducting and raping an elderly woman in a bus. He put her in handcuffs, leg shackles and placed her inside.

Isaac Alexander, 30, is accused of forcing the victim to his Staten Island mobile house Monday morning and then abusing her. He is charged with kidnapping and rape, as well as assault, unlawful imprisonment, criminal possession of weapons, and aggravated sexual relations.

According to FOX 5 New York court documents, the suspect placed the woman in handcuffs with leg shackles and covered her mouth as he assaulted her.

Nine hours later, the woman was able to flee and walk to a precinct located just blocks from her home.

Isaac Alexander (30) is accused of forcing his victim to move into his Staten Island mobile house and then abusing her.

The suspect was quickly arrested and arraigned before a judge on Wednesday.

New York Police Department (NYPD), detectives reported finding “suspicious material” that included chemicals and a pipe bomb.

The victim of rape and kidnapping managed to escape and walk to a precinct just blocks from the site. FOX 5 New York

FOX 5 New York’s neighbors said that Alexander is quiet and reserved.

The situation is still being investigated by authorities. Fox News Digital has reached out to the NYPD for comment.
