According to a Fox News Report, Kamala Harris, Vice President and “border Czar”, was in Arizona to attend a groundbreaking ceremony to build an energy infrastructure project. She also explained why she wasn’t at the border.
The vice president was located in Tonopah (Arizona), just 100 miles from the border.
Harris stated that Harris was here to discuss the work being done to lower American families’ costs and create jobs. Harris spoke to local news station KPHO. Harris stated that border security is a top priority and that he will continue to do all that is necessary to ensure a fair and equitable system.
The Veep tried to put Congress under the electric bus.
Harris said, “Frankly Congress must act.” Harris said, “We have placed an unprecedented number of agents at the border. We have improved and are currently upgrading technology. Congress must act.
