Florida Governor Ron DeSantis slammed Alvin Bragg, the Soros-funded Manhattan DA, in remarks Monday. He claimed that the situation was a “manufactured circus”, by a prosecutor “trying virtue signal for his base,” The Daily Wirereports.
“I have seen rumors swirl. DeSantis stated at a press conference that he has not yet seen any facts. “And so, I don’t know exactly what’s going on. I do know that the Manhattan district attorney is a Soros-funded prosecution. He, like other Soros-funded attorneys, uses his office to push a political agenda onto society at the cost of rule of law and public security. He has reduced over half of the felonies down to misdemeanors and says he doesn’t want to be sent to jail for the vast majority of crimes. We’ve witnessed Manhattan’s crime rate rise and citizens feel less safe.
DeSantis stated, “And I believe that that’s fundamentally incorrect.” “I think it’s also important to mention that these Soros-funded prosecutors may conduct a high-profile politicized prosecution. That’s not good.
