Scottie Pippen said Michael Jordan on the Chicago Bulls was a ‘horrible player’, who was more concerned with scoring than winning.

Michael Jordan was a "horrible player" who was "horrible to play with," Scottie Pippen, the top wingman for His Airness on the Chicago Bulls, said recently.

Scottie P., the Chicago Bulls’ top wingman, recently said that Michael Jordan was a “horrible”player who was “horrible” to play with.

Pippen, a top NBA player in his own rights and a longtime critic of Jordan’s, threw even more fuel to the fire when he spoke with Stacey King on the podcast “Gimme the Hot Sauce”, which aired last week.

Pippen stated, “Our game is team-based and one player cannot do it.”

“I saw Michael Jordan before I joined the Bulls.” You’ve all seen him. He was an awful player. He was a terrible player. All 1-on-1 and bad shots. All of a suddenly, we became a team. We started winning. Everyone forgot who he is.”

Pippen, who is well-known for his fiercely competitive nature, said that a young M.J. was more interested in scoring than winning.

Pippen stated, “He was not a player who, in reality, won’t be at the top of their category.” It was about scoring. “He was pursuing scoring titles.”

On Tuesday, a representative of Jordan’s team could not be reached for comment. However, supporters seemed to support M.J. during the feud.

Pippen gave credit to Bulls coach Phil Jackson for bringing together the team and winning all these titles.

In the same interview Pippen criticized the Zen Masterfor failing to control his ego.

Pippen stated that he did not know if Jackson was ever in his corner.

“He turned really sour towards me in his last two years of coaching. Not that it took anything from me as a person or my game. He became selfish. To be honest, it was really the end of our team. A selfish player on the team and a selfish coach. It was time to divorce.”

Pippen was blunt when he said that he would never be able to repair his relationship with Jordan and Jackson.

You’ve been around Michael. You’ve seen Phil. They have huge egos and I won’t bow to people who are like that,” Pippen stated.

Jordan and LeBron James are the two main contenders in the current debate about NBA’s greatest player.

Pippen refused to pick sides, but he did offer his opinion on the five best players he has seen: Jordan and James, Kareem Abe-Jabbar Magic Johnson, and Karl Malone.

He returned to the mantra of putting his team first, saying that “there is no greatest player.”

LeBron James is one of the most successful players in the history of sports. Pippen continued, “He wins.” “Does that mean he is the greatest player ever to play the game?” Pippen added. No.”

Michael Jordan is probably one of the greatest scorers we’ve seen in individual basketball, but not likely. Kareem is probably the answer. “It’s difficult for me to decide who was the greatest player in the history of the game.”
