Kevin McCarthy, Speaker of the House, shared his thoughts on a possible Trump indictment. He claimed that Alvin Bragg, Manhattan DA was abusing his power to play politics.
“Alvin Bragg is using his office to target President Trump, while he has reduced a majority felonies including violent crimes to misdemeanors. McCarthy stated that he has different rules for political enemies.
“Republicans have stopped the radical DC crime statute, and we will investigate any federal funds used to facilitate perversion of justice by Soros backed DA’s across this country.”

This is after Trump stated Saturday that he would face arrest for “illegal leaks” by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in relation to their investigation into Trump’s role in paying hush cash to Stormy Daniels. In light of this news, he also asked his supporters to protest.
