Teacher bullies a New York High School Student: Lawsuit

Centereach High School student Isabella Moore filed a claim against Middle Country School District in New York, arguing that her teacher bullied her and made racist remarks.

Centereach High school student Isabella Moore claimed her teacher picked her because of her clothes and skin color.

Last week, the high school student made a claim against Middle Country Schools District.

Isabella, who is a student in accommodations and has anxiety, claimed that her teacher bullied her throughout the school year. One incident allegedly involved a derogatory comment made by the teacher about Black students.

Centereach High school student Isabella Moore claimed her teacher picked her because of her clothes and race.

Bella said, “I was sick the previous day.” “She was going through attendance and noticed I was there, so she made the comment that it was hard to believe these Black children are always absent.”

Bella’s cropped shirts were also a reason for discipline by the teacher. Bella says that the teacher confronted her afterward.

Isabella’s lawyer Vess Mitev said to FOX 5 New York, that the teacher was a “racist prey” and should be fired.

According to reports, the teacher said that “I guess I was wrong”, so you could continue walking around with your midriff out” in an “intimidatingly nasty” tone.

Vess Mitev, Isabella’s lawyer, stated to FOX 5 New York (New York) that the teacher was a “racist predator” who should be fired.

Mitev stated that “every day she walks through the halls as an racist predator is another day taxpayers in this school district should be asking what the hell is happening.”

Isabella who is receiving accommodations and has anxiety said that her teacher bullied her all year.

Middle Country School District stated to Fox News Digital that they took the appropriate action during their investigation.

“While the district confirmed some of the allegations during its DASA investigation,” the statement stated.
