Authorities said Tuesday that two people were killed in active shooter situations at the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office, Texas.

Around 4:30 p.m., Sheriff’s deputies responded to calls from police officers and the public about an active shooter reported on the second floor. Fox Dallas reported.

Officials said that authorities responded to reports of an active shooter on Tuesday at the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office. Two people were killed and the suspect was among them. (Fox Dallas)

A male and female were both found dead. According to the news outlet, the killing was part of a suicide-murder.

Dallas County Sheriff Marian Brown stated to reporters that there is no suspect at large. “We believe the suspect is one the deceased subjects.”

She didn’t say whether the suspect had killed herself.

Authorities said that one of the victims was an employee of the Medical Examiner’s Office. They didn’t specify which one.
