According to The Daily Wire,Rep. Adam Schiff (D.CA) states that he is seriously considering a run for Senate. Schiff adds, “I am receiving a lot of encouragement.”

This could help Schiff rise in the rankings after he was a prominent Trump foe while serving as Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee and impeachment manager.
Schiff spoke out in a recent interview on “The Issue Is,” which airs on FOX 11 Los Angeles. He said that he has received positive feedback about a possible Senate campaign. However, he stressed that the key factor will be whether Senator Dianne Feinstein (D.CA) seeks another term.
Schiff stated that she is receiving encouragement from colleagues and people in Congress to run for the Senate. The interview aired on Friday. “If Sen. Feinstein is unable to retire, I will seriously consider it.”
He said, “It’s an enormous responsibility. In terms of continuing my work to protect our democracy, fight for an economic system that works for everyone. That would also give me the chance to try and meet those goals for all Californians. We’ll wait to hear from Sen. Feinstein about her plans at this time, but it’s something I’m considering.”
