Donald Trump, the former President of the United States and the GOP’s frontrunner for 2024, and his team released a campaign statement Monday night urging the RNC not to continue the GOP debates but instead focus on election integrity.
The Republican National Committee should cancel the debate scheduled for Miami, and stop all future debates to focus its resources and money on stopping Democrats from stealing the 2024 elections. This was the opinion of Trump campaign managers Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles.
The Republicans continued: “Anything else, along with the other reasons to not cancel, is an admission to grassroots that their concerns regarding voter integrity aren’t taken seriously, and national Republicans are concerned more about helping Joe Biden rather than ensuring a secure and safe election.”
Depending on the poll, former POTUS polls anywhere between 30-50 points in front of his GOP opponents.
