In a video shared on social media, an New York Police Department vehicle was seen swerving dangerously near a moped driver driving on the highway.
The video, which was posted on Reddit without date, shows the moped trying to pass a NYPD cruiser but being stopped multiple times.
The video appears to show the cruiser almost hitting the moped several times.
According to New York Post, it appears that the accident happened on the Van Wyck expressway.

A spokesperson for The NYPD told Fox News Digital that “We’re aware of the video, and we are reviewing it internally.”
In the video, people can be heard saying: “Call 311.” 311 is the city’s non-emergency phone number and can also be used to lodge complaints.

“Look at him…Look at Him!” “Look at this guy…Look at him!” can be heard as the police cruiser narrowly misses the moped.
A person is heard saying, “Oh my god, he is trying to hit him.”

The police cruiser did not follow the driver when he turned off a exit.
