A Fox News report claims that a California court released surveillance footage and bodycam video from the attack on Paul Pelosi in October 2022. This attack was carried out by Nancy Pelosi, former House Speaker.

From Fox News :

After Judge Stephen Murphy refused to grant a request by prosecutors two days prior, the San Francisco County Superior Court made public the footage.

Paul Pelosi, who was 82 years old, was injured in an attack on Oct. 28, 2022. He needed emergency surgery for a skull fracture.

One section of the footage shows officers knocking at the Pelosi home before the door opens to reveal Paul Pelosi as well as suspect David DePape.

An officer asks, “What’s the matter with man?”

DePape replies, “Everything’s good.” DePape places one hand on Pelosi’s wrist and DePape puts the other on Pelosi. Pelosi seems to have an object in his left hand.

The officer says, “Drop the Hammer!”

“Umm, nope,” DePape replies, before grabbing the hammer from Pelosi, and swinging it at Pelosi.

“Oh, s –!”” one of the officers said as police broke into the house and arrested DePape.
