Karine is losing her control.
A report by The Daily Wire states thatWhite House Stress secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had a heated exchange with the White House Press Corp Monday’s briefing, specifically Simon Ateba, Today News Africa correspondent.
It was also on the day that the cast of Ted Lasso visited –such a shame.
Jean-Pierre was followed by Ted Lasso, the cast of Apple TV’s “Ted Lasso,” to the briefing room podium. They were visiting the White House to discuss mental health awareness with President Joe Biden. Jean-Pierre was soon greeted by Simon Ateba, Today News Africa’s correspondent, who made accusations of discrimination.
Jean-Pierre tried to silence Ateba. She repeated to him, “We’re no longer doing this.”
Ateba said, “You have been discriminating against my. You have been discriminating against certain people in the briefing area. This is the U.S. This is not China.
Over protests from other members of the briefing room, Ateba said: “What are you doing? You are making a mockery out of the First Amendment.” It’s been seven years. I have not been called upon by you. That’s wrong.
Ateba was repeatedly told by White House staff and other reporters to remain quiet. They also accused him of disrespecting the briefing room as well as the other reporters.
Someone said, “Sir let it go.”
Another shouted, “Decorum please!”

Ateba stated that it was wrong to discriminate against people in the briefing rooms because you don’t like them or their questions. That’s wrong. This is not China. This is America.
