Winter weather hits Plains, Midwest and Nicole has an impact on Southeast

Tropical Storm Nicole will continue to impact states in the Southeast through the rest of the day after the system made landfall as a hurricane early Thursday.

Nicole will continue her impact on Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas this Thursday.
