Local media reported that a California equestrian, whose bitter divorce threatened her luxurious West Coast lifestyle, pleaded guilty in a surprise deal to a failed Murder-for-Hire plot against her wealthy estranged spouse.
San Diego police arrested Tatyana Remley, 42, after she brought three firearms and a pile of money to meet with a man who she thought she could hire to murder her husband Mark, 58.
This man was a undercover detective.

A spokesperson for the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday that she pleaded guilty to charges of solicitation of murder and carrying a gun unregistered in exchange for a prison sentence of less four years.
As part of the agreement, Remley was sentenced to three years and 8 months in state prison.
Tatyana Remley was held in Las Colinas Detention Facility without bail since August 2.
The couple had a glamorous presence online. Remley’s profile on Facebook was filled with pictures of her riding a horse, relaxing in designer shoes and swimwear by a swimming pool, or beaming beside high-end sports vehicles.

Images show her with a heart and the name of her estranged spouse tattooed on her hip.
The couple divorced on July 11, 2011.
Her husband claimed in local media that her equestrian friend had offered him $2 million to murder him and also set their house on fire.
The local newspaper, citing divorce court documents, reported that the woman had requested payments of $15,000 per month to cover her expenses, which were $12,000. This was a reduction from her marital allowance, which was $50,000.
According to reports, Mark Remley also held a gun up to his wife’s face and chased her with a knife around their $5 Million California house on another occasion.
