On Tuesday night, President Biden was in Virginia where he flirted with election denial by thanking “real governor” Terry McAuliffe — even though he lost to now-Governor Glenn Youngkin.

Hello, Virginia, and the real governor, Terry McAuliffe,” Biden told a crowd in Virginia on Tuesday night in an event with VP Kamala Harris discussing abortion access. “My name is Joe Biden. I’m Jill Biden’s husband and Kamala’s running mate. Kidding aside. Thank you, Kamala, for your leadership protecting reproductive freedom and for so much more that you do.”

During Wednesday’s White House press briefing, Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre if President Biden thinks election denying is a joke now.

“Is election denying a joke now,” Doocy asked KJP.

“What do you mean?” KJP shot back.

“Why did the President say ‘Hello, Virginia and the real governor Terry McAuliffe?’” Doocy fired back.

“He was making a joke!” KJP says, encouraging Doocy to watch the clip again.
