Early Monday morning, police in riot gear stormed the Yale University campus in New Haven, Connecticut to break up a large group of 200+ anti-Israel protesters.
A video posted on X captured the scene.
“BREAKING: Police have flooded the encampment and given the warning, banging tents as they entered. Students have locked arms around the flagpole, signaling their willingness to be arrested. The crowd, several of whom are in tears, have begun singing “We shall not be moved.”

Group of Yale students form a human chain to BLOCK a Jewish student from entering the University.
The chilling act of antisemitism echoes 1939, when Nazi’s blocked Jewish students from entering Vienna University- simply because they were Jews.

New York Rep. and House conference chair Elise Stefanik, who has been at the forefront of the investigations into antisemitism on our nation’s campuses, called the anti-Jewish demonstrations “unacceptable.”
“I commend the brave law enforcement officers who have stepped in to handle the violent anti-Jewish demonstrations at Yale. Yale’s failure to protect students is outrageous and unacceptable.”
