Fox News reports that the New York Supreme Court reinstated employees fired for refusing the COVID-19 vaccination. The court concluded that the vaccine does not prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Eric Adams, the New York Mayor, had stated previously that employees who were fired due to lack of vax would no longer be rehired.
